Kelsey Kingsley has been telling stories since she could speak, and once she learned how to write, she understood how those stories could be immortalized. For her, writing comes easier than breathing, and although she grew up obsessed with horror and idolizing the likes of Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Edgar Allan Poe, she quickly learned that writing happily ever afters was much more her speed—even if her writing does break a lot of hearts along the way.

When she’s not writing, Kelsey loves to spend time hanging out with her husband and son, getting tattooed, reading, or listening to music. She is obsessed with Halloween, has a tendency to curse like a sailor, and absolutely despises cheese.
