Morgan Locklear lives in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. He married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer, in 1995. He is the father of two children, a son and daughter.

Morgan and Jennifer began working as a writing team in 2010. They co-authored and published their debut novel, Exposure, in 2014.

Prior to becoming a full-time writer, Morgan was employed in the hospitality industry for twenty years. He has been active in the local performing arts community since childhood with many acting and directing credits to his name. He is also a musician and songwriter and has recorded six albums.
