Rosie J. Potter (she/her) hails from the mountains of East Tennessee where she lives with her partner and their eight cats. Despite spending her entire life between Tennessee and the Carolinas, she drinks her tea unsweet. Her romance novels tend to be set in the South and are full of southern charm.

Designer of dry financial eLearning courses for a university by day, Rosie turns to penning romance and fantasy novels after work for excitement. She is the ghostwriter behind multiple spicy contemporary romance novels, host of coworking/writing streams on Twitch, moderator for the We Write at Dawn Discord server, admin for the virtual Tennessee Writers group, and mentor to new romance writers in the RWA Pen to Paper program.

Rosie has also appeared as a writing guest at Multiverse Con in Atlanta and managed to sneak onto a panel discussing erotica and erotic romance at DragonCon. Rose also dabbles in horror, and her currently unpublished story “Under the Surface” won the Inkd Publishing short story contest at Multiverse in 2024.

Outside of writing, Rosie is a singer/musician who has performed in a myriad of places from dive bars to the Vatican to Carnegie Hall. She’s also a video gamer obsessed with Soulsborne games, a coffee and tea addict, and has been known to hula hoop with fire.
